Rose Hill Center strives to provide highly effective and sustainable therapeutic programs for adults with mental illness, and associated disorders, which enabled them to manage their symptoms, and lead fulfilling lives.
Residential Rehabilitation Program
Our Residential Rehabilitation Program is rooted in a comprehensive approach that assesses psychological, physical, vocational, functional and social needs. We work in tandem to develop meaningful and tailored goals that address your individual needs. Our aim is to help you not only achieve these goals, but also maintain the growth and progress you’ve made so far. For many of our residents this program is the first step towards long-term stability and independence. The recommended program length is 6 to 12 months. The program focuses on clinical stability, vocational training, and independent living skills.
Transitional Living Program
This stage in treatment is intended to bridge the gap between residential care and independent living. Residents work, volunteer, or go to school in the community. They are permitted to have their personal vehicles and are responsible for cooking two out of three of their daily meals. This program provides structure and support while allowing the resident to experience independence and community integration while maintaining clinical services and supportive housing. These residents reside in private rooms with one or two housemates in town houses that foster community spirit while still promoting a distinct sense of independence.
Extended Residential Program
This program provides care for those needing a long-term supportive, living environment with clinical care. We provide a safe and supportive setting for residents, offering daily care, supervision, and medication monitoring. Residents engage in structured activities, including social and volunteer opportunities, while promoting community integration. With access to amenities like the library, computer lab, gym, and art/music classes, residents embark on a journey towards mental health well-being, while being supported by our dedicated team.
Community Support Program
This program works in tandem with Rose Hill Center’s clinical professionals to ensure all the resident’s needs are met while they are living independently within a 30-mile radius of our campus. As part of this program, we arrange consistent in-home visits by case managers to ensure the resident stays on the right path to recovery. As we thoroughly understand that everyone is unique, our program is both flexible and customizable, tailoring both service and corresponding frequency to specific resident’s needs. This program is fee for service so residents can pick and choose what services they need and is also financially sustainable long-term for many residents.
